A Geneva man has died following a serious motorcycle crash that occurred on Sunday afternoon. Authorities say the incident happened as the rider, operating a three-wheel motorcycle, was turning from North Street onto Oak Street when he lost control of the vehicle. The motorcycle overturned and landed on the rider.
The victim has been identified as 63-year-old Richard L. Howard. Emergency responders transported him to Geneva General Hospital, and due to the severity of his injuries, he was later airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
On Monday, police confirmed that Howard succumbed to his injuries.
The incident remains under investigation. No further details have been released at this time.
